Scope

These terms cover the website at lumitra.co and the parts every Lumitra product shares: the account at auth.lumitra.co and the contact channels. They are provided by Marlin Pohl, Berlin (see the Impressum).

Product terms come first

Each product (Lumitra QR, Ultra Power for ChatGPT, email-mcp, Lumitra Studio, Lumitra Analytics) has its own terms, pricing and refund rules on its own host. Where a product's terms and this page differ, the product's terms apply to that product. Nothing on lumitra.co is an offer to sell; purchases happen only on the product hosts.

Your account

One account signs you in to every product that supports it. Keep your credentials to yourself, tell us if you suspect misuse, and do not use the account to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the services.

Availability

Products marked "Coming soon" or "Early access" are what the label says: not generally available, and their features and terms may change before release. The current state of every service is on status.marlinjai.com.

Open source

email-mcp is published under the MIT licence. That licence, not this page, governs its use.

Liability

lumitra.co is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this website. Mandatory statutory liability, including for intent and gross negligence, remains unaffected.

Für jedes Produkt gelten vorrangig die Bedingungen, Preise und Widerrufsregeln auf dessen eigener Domain; Käufe finden nur dort statt. Produkte mit dem Hinweis "Demnächst" oder "Früher Zugang" sind nicht allgemein verfügbar und können sich vor der Veröffentlichung noch ändern. Es gilt deutsches Recht. Die zwingende gesetzliche Haftung bleibt unberührt.
